IP Video Phone

The CVP 2000 phone is manufactured by C&S Korea - a global leader in IP phones, and was launched in June 2009. The phone consists of a big 7 inch touch screen, and is built on H.264 video codec - the latest compression technology to reduce bandwidth, while maintaining a high image quality. The phone comes with a large set of features, to make CVP 2000 a versatile user friendly phone for residence and office environments.
The CVP 2000 works on the SIP 2.0 protocol to provide users a high quality image by maintaining a large frame rate, and a rich touch screen user interface. The phone provides users the ability to load MP3 files, view photos stored as JPEG files, and carry out video, non-video and conference calls. Users can also send SMS text messages and POP3 email and retrieve voice and video mail and adjust the brightness, contrast and back lit features of the 7 inch LCD display. Furthermore, the phone works on the Linux operating system and uses two chips, namely Cronus, the main processor and Triton, which serves as the video chip.
The CVP 2000 can be integrated within an ISP’s network or with a IP-PBX exchange to route IP and non-IP calls. Because of its large LCD display the phone can be used for multiple purposes, including capturing  and storing of image files during a conversation. The phone can be further customized to meet the demanding needs of a business to increase its utility to a wide range of users.
